Why did my Refrigerator Stop Working?

How Can Someone Build A Product This Way
|
One, We had found on a 2006 Trailer that the Element was wired incorrectly and not
showing 110 Volts. This unit was purchased NEW! Who could have wired it?
Two, Should be Self Explanatory. Too many hands in the Pot! We were asked how come we
charge $ 60.00 per hour on Electrical instead of one rate! (it only took me 2 hours to resolve
the issue)
Three, We found the P-2 plug missing o a 2007 Trailer. I was asked how this got by
PDI...Pre-Dilevery Inspection? I did not sell the Trailer, Ask the Sales Man!

Welcome to:
These are just a couple of things we have run into. It would amaze you to see some of the
problems we run into. I CAN and DO understand the frustration as i myself own an RV.
What we have to understand is that when an RV is built the Framing and Cabinetry are built
by someone, but the larger appliances are per-ordered and only installed by someone. So if
it is your A/C, Refrigerator, Water Heater as examples that go on the blink it may have just
been a Bad Batch sent to the Factory.
I have heard folks blaming the Dealer or how could i get a defective part, Remember we
ordered it we did not build it. A couple of safe guards are, have your RV Serviced at least
once a year, Washed twice a year, Waxed once a year. This will keep it clean and in proper
working order.
Most Warranties are good for (3) years as long as you can show proof that you had that
Appliance Serviced at least Once a Year.
